Q: Can a licensed CCW holder carry at Staples Center?

Members report that as of 7/2007 Staples Center policy states that only on-duty LEOs can carry into Staples Center. I personally know of both local Police Officers and Federal Agents that have tried - their guns end up staying in the car, and yours will too - everyone goes through metal detectors on the way in.

The policies and security do not seem to differ between Lakers, Kings, and Clippers games.
