Hooters?
Sac County CCW - it states as a restriction that "any establishment the primarily serves alcohol".
This is certainly a bit subjective without knowing if Hooters serves more alcohol than food. I did a search on the forum for "hooters" with no matches. Any thoughts?

Hooters is a restaurant. In fact the corporate name is HOA Restaurant Group, LLC. The primary business of a restaurant is to sell food for on premise consumption.

The easy way to distinguish between a bar that serves food and a restaurant that serves alcohol is whether someone under the age of 21 can walk in, sit down at a table, and be legally served.

Another way to tell if you are in a restaurant or a bar (place primarily serving alcoholic beverages for revenue) is whether you have to show ID just to enter and/or there are signs for "Over 21 Only" posted. It's not 100% accurate because of perhaps some strip joints require only >21 and older crowds and/or can't allow alcohol consumption on the premises. In other words, if you know they sell alcohol and you have to show ID to get in, that's a definite no go and don't hang around the (somewhat) segregated-off bar in those restaurants that have a bar...
