Default ProEars

I have purchased ProEars Dimension Gold couple months ago (about 6~7) and even though I loved them, I hated them. In order to work just right I had to "bend" the headband so that they cups would be tight against my ears/head. Getting tired of the situation I have called ProEars last week and explained my problem and they said that they have a redesigned headband that they'lll be more then happy to send me at no charge. I have to say that I was impressed with that as with this economy it seems everyone wants to "cut their costs" which usually means the customer gets shorted. Anyways, I'll report after my new and improved headband comes in but I figured that it's worth mentioning a company that is willing to take the extra step to take care of a customer.

I had the same issue. I unlicped the headband and slip the sleeve off, heated the plastic and bent the headband myself. It created a tighter fit and fixed my issue which was that the pro ears were not muffling enough sound. They are NR-33 and they were worse than my cheap peltors. Now that i fixed them, they are 10000x better than my peltors.

I'm impressed! New headband just came in and it feels way "tighter". I haven't put it on as my headset is at home but just looking at the curve and how much resistance it offers when I try to fit just the band over my head I think this is going to do it.

So.... to recap: I called them Fri and they sent a replacement out ASAP and I receive it on Monday.

I've just installed the new headband onto the pro ears and it's a night and day difference: they ear pads stay nice and tight against my noggin with the new headband! Can't wait to go hit the range to test 'em out

I am glad to hear the folks at Pro-Ears are taking care of you. I really can't say enough good things about their products!
