Thumbs up TT Gunleather; Major Props!

I've been hearing about TT Gunleather IWB holsters since before I became a member on CalCCW. They were getting praise as a very comfortable holster, very short lead time (which is a major concideration with leather holsters these days) and a great product for the price.

Last weekend I picked up a "gently used" TT Gunleather IWB holster for my new Kimber Ultra Raptor II that I picked up at the same time. I was impressed with the finish and overall workmanship, but timing wasn't such that I was able to do a good evaluation.

Two days ago, I received a holster I ordered from Tim back in April for my XDs and had a chance to wear it all day for a couple days. Compared to my Comp-Tac Minotaur, I could have easily forgotten I was carrying with this holster. It just seemed to melt into my side. No pinch, no need to shift when sitting, just plain comfy.

Based on what I've heard about other holsters of a similar style for $105. with wait times three times as long (26 weeks), I'll buy from our local guy, Tim @ $85. As his popularity increases his build time will surely increase, but so will the others.

One of these days I'll have to take a drive up into the foothills to see where Middleton is.

Yeppers, can't debate the statement that Tim does make quality holsters. He is also very much respected on a couple other gun forums.

Though I don't own one I did test drive the "Mikey Model" Ultra CDP II holster and it was great!

The TT holster Mad Geek has for the Ultra Raptor is the "Hygyliac Special" which has a solid 1 piece backing.

I wear my special TT holster everyday. I love it!

Tim is the Man when it comes to customer service and holsters!

+1, I have one for my XD Compact & Kimber Ultra CDP II.
The only thing I'd add is it's worth it to get the sharkskin trim.

I have one for my Ultra CDP and for my J-Frame SW 638,
Very comfortable all day long.

I purchased the IWB mag holder and it is just as comfortable.

Quality work, will order from him again.

Just got my 3rd different TTGunLeather Holster!

This time for my PM9.

I asked for the "Mike Special" which is more forward can't, solid back, and have the mouth of the holster even with the belt line (sits about 1-1.5 inches lower). Its more comfortable for me and don't have to worry about printing.

This holster is BADASS! Absolute top quality IMO. I love it!

Tim is the man! I have been very happy with all his holsters! Great price and fast turn around.

Thanks Tim
