Kimber Customer Service Rocks!!!

About three months ago I broke off the ejector extension on my Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry II. It had no impact on reliability or positive ejection so I just let it go.

Last Monday I shipped my Ultra Carry to Kimber in Yonkers, NY for repair. In addition to replacing the ejector, I asked them to replace the plain black sights that came with the pistol with MeproLight Tritium Night Sights.

The following Friday, yesterday, UPS returned my repaired pistol. A total of five days from when I sent it off until when I recieved it back with all the work I requested!!!

Needless to say, I was extremely impressed with the quick turn around. The quality of the work was also very good, as I expected.

What impressed me even more was the fact that Kimber waived the installation fee for the Night Sights. Not only did they replace the old sights with the new ones they returned the old sights to me as well.

It is not necessarry for me to expound upon how good Kimber's weapons are since a large percentage of members of this forum carry Kimbers.

I am pleased to say that the quality of support I recieved from Kimber not only matched the quality I have come to expect from their weapons, it exceeded my expectations to a large degree.
