Ear Plugs USA
I had a pair made by Linda about a month ago. they are great. FYI she will do them in her garage in Mission Viejo. Charges like $50 for the custom molded type and picked them up next morning. They work great.

Earplugs on the cheap
Get yourself some Double Bubble gum and chew it until the sugar is all gone. Then divide it in two and stuff the pieces in your ear. By pulling up on the top of your ear you can get in in further. Works much better than the 33 dsp. sold in the drug stores. And it comes out clean and easy. Try it, you'll like it.

I just had two sets made for me this morning.
The process wasn't really uncomfortable, just weird. Considering the price, these things are the deal of the century. Service was totally professional and everything took maybe 30 minutes start to finish. I can't wait to get them in the mail!

+1 for the in-dwelling earplugs. I had my 1st pair done in tan. Dropped them somewhere on the Ben Avery Range in AZ and they just disappeared into the dust and sand, never to be found.
Now my pair is bright orange with a tan bit showing in the ear canal. Much brighter. (The plugs, not me)
