Wow. That guy was pretty smooth. Was hard to see him going for the handgun. The LEO was quicker than I would have been. Good lesson in observation for sure.

The guy in back is the one that sees the weapon, shouts "Gun," and I think fires, maybe all three rounds. I can't tell if the guy nearest the camera ever fires. I don't see the firearm at all until after the shots are fired.

I wonder who the sorry fool was with the camera! S/he was in the direct line of fire for the officer in back.

Um... just to let you guys know... that video isn't real. It's supposed to be a training exercise. I remember a short debate about it when it was originally posted on Youtube. There's a longer version of the vid posted there. There was a lot of stuff posted about how the exercise was poorly carried out... people not holding their weapons on the "perp" until the weapons were kicked clear, etc.

So no worries. All's good. Everybody's still alive.
