Hey BonoVox and Gimper, I was at Evans and saw two of the most impressive shooters I have ever seen there practicing. There was a tall, athletic looking guy in a Chargers jersey and his partner, a lean, mean looking SF type. My buddy had never been there and was checking out the hardware on display. The place may just work out for the Forum members.

I'll be practicing there. Let's schedule regular range nights to brush-up on CCW techniques.

I saw you at the counter. I wish you could have come in and shot with us. We had a really good time. I let Bono shoot my Smith & Wesson model 66 and my Colt Mustang. He really liked both of them.

Come on H-man give me a break. I had a Chargers sweat shirt on not jersey!!! Jerseys are for NFL Sundays!!!! Or this week it is NFL Monday night Football Xmas Eve style for my Chargers anyway!!!

As far as hardware at Evans is concerned. Their long guns had me drooling all over the counter!!! Had some nice O-Frames in the case too. Though it was hard to see through the fog I created on the case after seeing the long guns!

Yep I think this just might be a place we can all call home.

Indeed. How else are you going to know which guns you can't afford to buy if you don't get a chance to try them?

While I was there I even used their latrine. The "no-hands" automatic paper towel dispenser had me stumped for a couple minutes. Once I figured it out I had a hard time stopping. Good thing we don't have one of those at home or my wife would be pissed at me! I think that I left some paper towels for the next guy . . . I think!

I was so bummed to miss the last range trip - but can't wait to try out our new digs up at Evans! CCWI - I promise to wear a better brass catcher to the Evans debut!

They do have very clean restrooms.
