Check out LMS Defense, Tactical Response. I believe LMS Defense is working with Larry Vickers and offering some of his courses. They are also working with Magpul and offering their Advanced Handgun Course. LMS offers some great courses and their instructors have a variety of backgrounds. Viking Tactics will be coming to San Jose at the end of the summer with a 3 day pistol course.
Hope this helps! ~ant |

You'd better not hesitate to sign up. Their classes book up months in advance. The knife, shotgun, and rifle classes are taught only once a year, and I waited 14 months to get into the rifle class a couple of years ago. Me, my wife, and two children have taken the Tac1,2,3, and 4 classes, along with the No-light/Low light class. My daughter is taking the knife class in July. She reserved the spot in Oct 2007.

Jones Fort gun shop in Redding has both Calfornia and Utah CCW classes every month and that is straight up hwy 5 from your area. I would suggest calling them and talk to Marshall Jones Sr to see if he has space in his classroom.
You can reach Marshall Jones Sr. at: (530) 222-3223 Marshall@jonesfort.com
