M1, nice! I have an M4 with a QR mounted Eotech 553 scope for slug shooting. If i make it to the next Burro RD I will bring it and you guys can shoot it.

I really wanted to get to the basic shotty class this past weekend, but I have new priorities for now. I wish that class was held more often.

That is where I discovered the M1. CCWI let me shoot his "special" one! It was awesome. I could not pull the trigger fast enough to keep up with it. 6 round burst if I remember right. So cool!!!

Still need to buy one of those. M4 will be my next shotty for sure and I know a "Guy".

Let's say that I was definitely influenced by CCWI after I got a chance to shoot his "special" one during this past weekend. I guess it's like history repeating itself, but with different people....

Default A friend and I

My friend and I are both very new to handguns. Due to some personal reasons I was not a very big fan of handguns and thus never owned one, however with the continuation of my business I feel that I should carry one for safety. That thought changed my impressions on handguns. I purchased a HK USP Compact .45 (Greg's recommendation) which I pickup Monday!! and I can't wait to get properly trained by a professional. I'll be taking Greg's beginner class in a few weeks. As time goes on (and with a little help) I will be applying for a CCW.

Thanks for asking that question. I knew it had to be terminology specific to Calif. gun registration but I never would have guessed what it stood for in a million years.

In my eyes it seems silly to have a guns that you havn't had the ability to shoot fast and reload fast at close targets. If the SHTF its good to at least have some practice.

Plus Greg and his instructors are all super nice.

I wish I had more free weekends but it looks like my next class will be in March.
I'm wanting to do his advanced shotgun class, but really want to get the rifle class under my belt beforehand.

Hopping on the wagon....hope there's room!?!

Took CCWI's Basic Handgun class last week - BEST DECISION in a long time (up until I pulled the trigger on my very own Kimber a few days later )

CCWI, FI, and all of the instructors were amazing & made the whole experience so comfortable. we had men, women, and two girls under 10 - they managed to make it a great experience for all!

Thanks!!!

Now when is my gun gonna get here again?
