There are a couple of after action reports on the Basic and Intermediate classes. FWIT - I believe that the classes offered through Fire Arms Training are excellent training opportuities and well worth the time and money. I still owe me the advanced class + and just procrastinating too much.

I was also able to convince my significant other to attend the same class as
R2D's wife did on Sunday and feel much better about her handling a weapon now.
Thanks R2D for the encouragement and all support.
I think the next class the two of them attend I will also par-take in.

Greg and Julie thank you also for all the support prior to, during and after the class.

i can't remember how many classes I've taken with Greg and Julie (and the male RO's, but who cares about them with Julie around).

Couldn't recommend them highly enough. The >2k miles i've spent back and forth should show it a bit.

Cool Agreed!

YES! THEY ARE THE BEST! LOOKING FORWARD TO MY "RENEWAL CLASS" WITH THEM NEXT MONTH. ATTENDING THE SAME CLASS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE NOT "LEARNED," IT MEANS THAT NOW YOU ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND LEARN WHAT YOU "MISSED' THE FIRST TIME AROUND. BOTH GREG AND MS. JULIE REALLY MAKE IT A TEAM EFFORTS, WITH SIR BRUCE AND THEIR OTHER FINE "LINE INSTRUCTORS."

Don't know Bruce, but a guy named Booger was a big help.

These are GREAT classes. My advice, do them from basic to advanced, and throw in a basic shotgun class as well.

Ya, shotgun is a blast.... literally and figuratively!

Default Greg's instruction....

I found Greg through a friend who wrote the definitive gun law book for California. I took Basis Handgun 1, then Intermediate Handgun, then Basic Shotgun, and then convinced my dad and brother to take Basic Handgun (of course, I had to join them for fun).

Great, fun and practical instruction. Also great assistance if you are in an acquisitive mode. Encyclopedic source of information about all things BLAMMO.

Thanks Pal

I've gone to so many classes with Greg and Julie, I've lost count. I went through Basic Handgun, Basic II, Intermediate and Advanced. Then I started taking people there. I've accompanied at least 6 or 8 women and at least that many guys, all to Basic, many to Intermediate and some through Advanced. Every time I take someone else up there, even if it's a Basic class, I learn something new and/or reinforce training principles.
Greg and Julie are intuitive about what it takes to teach people the most about safety, be as comfortable as they can with a firearm (from rank beginner to seasoned shooter) and by the end of the class, feel much more self confident and knowledgeable about all aspects of firearms use and ownership.
You will NEVER regret taking classes from them.
Oh, and ... When you get to the "shoot, move & shoot" part of his Advanced class, heed what he says at the beginning of the drill. He'll trick you and you'll end up looking at him with a stupid and embarrassed look on your face in front of the rest of the line. (Voice of experience).

You could also check the calendar to see what he may have scheduled.

Welcome aboard.

The classes are at Burro Canyon, just above Azusa in the mountains. From Riverside, you are less than an hour.

I have taken 3 classes with him. Can't say enough good things about the classes.
