Default Long Prairie Gun Club

anyone know much about the Cowboy Action Shoot there this Saturday?

Will we be able to to practice after? Yes? No? My birthday is that day ... sure would be nice to get some practice time in doing something fun.

Hi Tom,

The Cowboy Action Shooters are normally start around 8:30 AM and are done by 2:30 or 3:00 PM. They welcome observers and love showing off their outfits, firearms, and shooting skills.

I can pretty much guarantee that if you come up to watch, they will slap a set of guns on you and let you shoot a couple stages with them. Unless you bring some "Cowboy" guns and lead bullet ammunition, you will need to shoot their guns and ammo.

They always break for lunch and have a great meal as well, so bring a good appetite too.

I will PM you the contact information for the President of the Mad River Rangers. He is good people and will go out of his way to make you feel at home.

Thanks,

Poogsdad

That would be good, I have a club related question to ask in a PM anyway.
