It appears Arnold signed AB962

Just looked it up and it appears Arnold signed AB962 the Ammo bill. If you look at his legislative action it says "Signed Message" Most of the bills say either Signed or Veto. Ther are a few that have the "Signed Message" What is the Message? It appears to me the Message is to screw over more of our rights and freedoms.
