Hi - I found this site in a google search. I have been a ccw holder for 4 years, and I re-new again next week. I was told by the internal affairs officer that I have to re-apply as a new applicant, and the NEW police chief is going to deny me anyway since my CCW is work related, and our new chief is very strict about CCW's - so you can probably figure out that I'm looking for someone to say "no - he can't do that" -- any input is appreciated.
Thanks |

Thanks guys - and no stan. county won't issue if you live in a city's jurisdiction. so that's out. - good cause is polished, and is better than the good cause of a retired cop. The new chief just doesn't want to issue any permits - that's what it boils down to. There's always the City Attorney, and a piece of litigation.
Thanks for responding everyone. |
