Default I'm SomeGuyinOC

Hello I’m “someguyinoc” and I live and work in Orange County. I am very interested with obtaining a CCW and have been snooping around a little. With the new sheriff being announced today, do you think it maybe to late for me?

I’m hoping I can be guided trough the process, and not make any mistakes on the way. Everyone here seems very knowledgeable about the process and I hope to learn more. Thank you for creating such a great site.

Welcome.

As to the new sheriff, it's a little too early to tell. In any case, it will depend on your good cause (do not post it here). If you have formulated your good cause statement, and would like someone to review it, I suggest you send an email to CCW Instructor with "Good Cause" in the subject line.

Thanks for the welcome.

FYI Sandra Hutchens is our new Sheriff. Does that mean anything, what are her views on CCW? Anyone know?

There is also a 7th that CCWI likes to refer to as "Other" Good luck researching and reading the various threads. The categories are here.
