Welcome aboard!.
If you need info on the application process for a CCW permit in the county of San Berdo, I just posted some info about this subject under "Welcome to CalCCW" by "Ghost".
San Berdo. County Has an outstanding Sheriff. Sheriff Penrod, in my opinion, has an excellent, fair, application process.
In case you need the info. I hope it will be of help to you.
Good Luck !!!!
