Default New from CA

Hi! I was excited to see this site! I am 21yrs of age and looking forward to acquiring a CCW. Currently in the middle of my 10 day waiting period for the pistol I purchased. I took time to read the threads on what other have gone through to receive theirs. I now realize that I have a long ways to go before I'm ready.

I look forward to learning from those that understand the cause.

Welcome Daregu! There is a LOT to be learned. We're here to help. When you feel like you're ready to apply for the CCW, please ask then and someone who knows SLO will be more than happy to work with you.

You can contact me for SLO information when you are ready. You won't like my answers. Pat does not give out that many.

You know what I actually decided to start with the Springfield XD .45 acp 5" tactical. I have heard really good things about them. I was thinking about the glock, but in the end could only currently walk home with one. The Glock is next in line. . .or maybe a sig. I heard it was damn near impossible to get a CCW but I was thinking sense I live in Oceano, am the night manager for my grocery store and will probably be going to the ranger often it would give me a hand in with it. Plus I actually want to join the sheriffs department.
