Exclamation Registration Emails

We seem to be having problems with Hotmail users not receiving registration emails.

If you register as a new user and don't get a confirmation email within an hour, go ahead and send an email via the Contact Us option at the bottom and we will activate the account.

This is pretty common with Hotmail and AOL email address, neither server seems to like the default vBulletin 'nobody@..' address.

I frequently have to activate those members manually.

I have a hotmail address and the registration email is the only email I have ever seen go to my spam box......

All the spam hits my inbox...... Go figure.

Default help

I just joined and am having trouble finding out how to post new questions. My question is how is the best way to apply for a CCW in Contra Costa County?

Mike, there is a "New Thread" button at the left top of each forum, just above the existing threads.

Have you checked the CC County website to see if they have application requirements listed?

Welcome, BTW!

Yep. A member may post in any sub-forum except any of the FAQ's. That is for the CalCCW staff members to make new threads.
