Default An awesome experience!!

[b]I am from Bakersfield, Ca. I had the opportunity to take a class offered by Powers Security Training and it was GREAT!! If anyone is considering taking this class DO IT. It was very well worth it. The class was very informative. I will also be taking a defensive training with Becky!!

Welcome Luckystar!!

Good info. Thanks for the heads up. Our friends in Bakersfield may find this helpful. How about a little more info about why it was so great.

Thanks and welcome again,

Keith

Becky's cookies! That's what makes it so great!

Default Elaborating on a awesome experience!!!

B][b]I. was asked to elaborate as to why my training with Powers Security Traing was so GREAT. First of all Becky's training for first time goers(like myself) was very easy to understand and she takes it step by step. Becky walks you through your two basic handguns(semi-automatic and revolver). Gives you the opportunity to get the feel of them both and ask the questions you have. She breaks down the handguns and explains the difference in detail. When I went to the class I was a bit nervous and undecided as to what type of gun I wanted, by the time I left the training I felt very comfortable and I also knew I definetly wanted a Revolver.

When my wife wanted to learn to drive years ago, I took it upon myself to teach her. But after replacing a garage door and lots of stressful days / nights I hired her a Driver Instructor. This saved our marriage and maybe my sanity...

Now she is eager to go with me to the range and learn to shoot. I've learned my lesson though. I have been looking at Powers Site and that's where she will start when the weather clears up.
