Default Hello from way up North

Hi,

I have taken the class, done the shooting, and have my application filled out. I read here that it is a good idea to have someone proof read the "Reason" statement. Is there anyone here that would take a look at it for me?

Thanks for the great website.

Ok?
+1. Greg is your best bet. He only responds to e-mail, no PMs.

Welcome to the forum, good luck with the permit and keep us posted as to how it goes.

Default Welcome from up the road in Mckinleyville.

Welcome to CalCCW.com fitzgood!!!

You will find there are a lot of great folks here more than willing to help and share information.

If you have not already done so, I highly recommend that you look through the FAQs and make use of the Forum's search function.

There are very few questions we had not already heard and replied to. I am sure you will find that many of your questions have already been answered.

If you have not already checked it out, the following FAQ may be a good place to start:

Hanging around "The Plaza" in your town is not a good cause, it should be though.

For several years I trained your local PD. Yes, I am very familiar with your city.

Talking Arcata???

fitzgood - Greetings from another local... I live up on top of Fickle Hill way above Arcata. My physical address is Arcata, but I am very far outside the city limits!!!

I am curious which instructor you used for your range training, from the list on the 'orange' instruction sheet?? I have always used Al Koog, a fellow Marine Corps Veteran..

Well fitzgood did miss out on having his name published on the front page of the "North Coast Journal", when they outed us Humboldt County CCW license holders last October!!!! Remeber that discussion, on this forum?????

215 cards are the "medical" pot cards that many have here.

Well Jarhead, you drive by my house everyday.

I took the class from AJ. North (or West) Coast Firearms Training?

I did see that thread and it doesn't hurt my feelings to be left out of the NC Journal one bit

Cya at the range
