Actually, that is much better than what I have been hearing for Ventura County in the past. Most people would take a year just to get the interview.

Persistence and perseverance pays off.
 Add another one to the rolls.  Welcome too slow! I have heard that Ventura wasn't the easiest place to get an approval. Guess it isn't impossible, though. Glad all that lurking helped you out. Did you have someone help critique the GC? I hope you are done lurking and can find some time to begin contrbuting to the forum. There are others lurking that might benefit by something that you can contribute. Anyways, glad you decided to join and welcome. Keith
