Your sucking up as bad a Hygyliac, not that it's a bad thing.

Looks like I got you confused with the "other" female employee over there.

My most sincere apologies.

Default Why you like the 1911

Chick:
I certainly understand your love for the 1911.
I mean once you buy a 1911 it's fairly simple to get it running.
All you need to do is:

Polish feed ramp
Throat the barrel
Flare ejection port
Rework the extractor
Install new sights
Open up the magazine well
Beaver tail the grip safety
Bob the hammer
Rework the trigger
Thighten slide/barrel fitting
Ream the chamber
Recut the feed ramp
Serrate or add checkering to rear of slide
Add checkering front strap
Extend magazine release/slide stop

and more...

Doing all that to your 1911 is a lot more fun then buying a Glock and using it right out of the box.

(I can't believe you picked your 1911 over me)

Ok, this is making sense to me. NO, I am NOT 45shooter, I know 45shooter. She was the second girl to work at that range, I'm the first girl (the trail blazer, if you will) younger...and cuter.

I've been mistaken for her before (online or by people who never actually met us). So nope, not her, don't want to be mistaken for her; we're TOTALLY different people.

However, as I said before, I do know her, I worked with her and she's alright. (This is me being charitable. )

Yay, looking forward to a clean start!

Thanks Hygyliac for clearing my name!!! I don't care what the others say about you!!

I don't know who 45 shooter was anyways. So whoever you are Welcome to the site.

Hi Biker_Chick... oops.. that's your handle on that other site.. HI 1911_chick! Welcome welcome. btw... to those out there that have the pleasure of meeting 1911_chick in person at her range, she carries a very nice, smooth action, Benchmade. She will show it you, but if you handle it, treat it with great respect, i.e. she'll get angry if you just casually toss it back to her. :-)

I would be highly irritated, okay let's be truthful, EXTREMELY ANGRY, if anyone "casually tossed" anything, let alone my firearm, back to me!

Hmm.. Ok.. I think I know who 45shooter is and I can vouch that you are definitely younger, cuter, and can shoot better!

Only one female now. There was two, however, she is no longer employed there...

I may choke while I say this but Glocks are great guns, and I mean that. They're reliable, and durable; like a good man. What makes a better man you ask??? A HANDSOME wealthy man (such as CCWI and Hygyliac )

And, I didn't CHOOSE a 1911 over you; if you want we can try again. I've heard counseling helps some couples...

Sorry for the slew of replies, I'm at work and I gotta go to my "other" work so I figured I might as well shoot these out ASAP.

I bet I AM you're kind of gal... I ride a dirt bike though...but I've always wanted a Harley.

Thank you for the welcome!

I told him "you did NOT just throw my 175 dollar knife across the room; this knife means more to me than you"

Yes, I broke up with this fool "right quick" and proceeded to tell my friends and laugh at him. Just like any healthy breakup; right?

I know 1911_Chick was posting very PC, keeping it clean, as we all should, however, just to clarify the beginning of her quote, it was actually:
"Did you just &%*#ing throw my...." , i.e. she used much more colorful phrasing.
