Hello all. I have just recently started to research CCW permits. I found this site through the search engine Dogpile.com. I have had many encounters with criminals and decided that next time may be the last time. I went out and purchased a Springfield XD 45 ACP service model. I am still waiting for the paperwork to come back on the 24th.

I have been talking with friends who know a lot about guns and they said it is simply impossible to get one unless your an ex Leo in Sacramento county. That’s who I am and my story.

First, welcome to this site, I have sent you PM about the info you've posted here already. There are people here who are willing to help you refine your good cause statement but there are some things we can not do a whole lot about at the moment...

I hope those incidents were reported to your PD. I also hope you have secured copies of the reports.....there is your ammo.....Include those!
