Default I just read People v. Overturf...

...and that is perhaps the worst opinion I've ever read. The distinction made between "have" and "carry" is utter nonense and totally unrealistic for all non-robots.

By the way, the opinion is not distinguishing between indoors and outdoors when it analyzes "have" versus "carry".
