This WOULD effect me...
I have DOT and CA #'s... However, we are not a hauler "for hire." We use our rigs for our own hauling. This makes some things not apply to us... I have no idea WHAT things.

This question comes up often in gun forums and the conclusion is always that there is no Federal prohibition based on DOT regs. Always a matter of local/state law and company rules.

I'll be very interested in any info to the contrary. I have maintained a commercial class A license for many years and have never been shown anything regarding the subject.

Of course, whatever the truth, if we don't know (and can't find out quickly) I predict most LEOs won't know either.

Yes, but don't you already carry hazardous, toxic, explosive and disgusting materials all in the same honey truck? How do you placard that?

We prefer to call it "recycling."

Yeah, aren't people paying you to transport goods? Does it matter that they don't care where you're taking it?
