The real solution is pushing for a "Shall Issue" system for CCW in California not the current system of needing political connections and elimanate the "Just Cause" because you can be a woman who is being stalked by an "X" and threatend with death and you will still be told "No you do not have Just Cause for a CCW,just call the Cops" and wait for a long response and get dead. One thing is I like to see is Resoprosity with California and through out the U.S. Keep Obama out of the White House and get McCain in he is the lesssor of 2 eveils, good luck to my former State of Resadence. I am a Native Californian.

Default Statewide CCW standards...not likely

...remember we live in Calif...the land of 'fruits and nuts'...referring of course to our state representatives in Sacramento. By genetic predisposition they just don't get it...they want no body at all (other'n them and movie stars and big doners) to even own a gun.

Ok, NOMEX suit on.
Yes, until we get statewide "Shall issue", we will be at the whim of the weather changes. IT SUCKS!!!
Yes, it is BAD, that our elected law enforcement personnel sometimes forget that they swore to uphold the law.
It will not change until "We the People" do something about it. Period.
Thanks for joining us!
I am happy now because we have a good sheriff in my county, BUT who knows what this will be like in the future, say ten years from now. So I understand what you mean.
Fact, we have always been here to help people in any county to guide them when no one else would, to effectively fill the papers and follow due process at our end, we can not control what the sheriff in your particular county will do at his end, it is simply outside of our control. Some follow the law, a few even lie.
And yes, we have fun when things are slow and there are no posters looking for help, it keeps us going and we have a good time, until the next person requests our help, then we get to it!
Welcome, you woke some people up, that is good!

Put your NOMEX suit away. No flames here. you are right on base. We have to continue on with-in the factors that each county presents and do what we can to change the overall picture within the state as opportunity occurs.
