In each of my vehicles, I have a full size laminated copy with the car registration. So one smooth, slow, purposeful motion will provide LEO with both documents. On my person I carry my original, folded and a 75% reduced laminated copy. The laminated copy is there as a back-up to the original. In truth, the original is still in very good shape, but you never know when your wallet might have an accident.
