Apparently some type of legal action by CalGuns Foundation has been in the planning for some time, in the event that this bill would pass. As of yet, CGF has not revealed exactly what.

Why am I not surprised by our state legislatures passing legislation that is already preempted by the Feds. They are so unconnected to reality,,,, what a sham.

There are other problems with many of our legislators (federal and state) these days. Most don't read what they sign and they don't listen to their constituents.

Now THAT's giving it back to the grammar police!

Also, much to my amusement, the object in that photograph isn't a sham at all, it's a bedskirt.

However we should get this topic back on track and move the amusing banter to an amusing banter forum; this here is the legal forum.

So what about the ShamWOW? Once you use it, you say, "That was a sham, wow."

I can't believe the Gov. signed this bill. Looks like I will try to stock up on ammo before 2011 and/or get out of this state - if I can find any! This is the last straw for me.

Also - I'll never watch or pay for another Arnold movie again. Instant boycott because of this.
