Ouroboros has not posted here for over a year, strange to see that name again.

Nobody really wants to be the test case, it might be prudent to keep your concealed firearm concealed at all times--we can learn from the cases cited that even nosy neighbors can get people in trouble, if they are inclined to press charges.

If you as a member of the legal profession wants to press the issue, please keep us posted as to your success.

Sad to say, it is far too easy to get people embroiled in trouble with the court system - as I suppose yesterday's "battery on an officer" farting case out of W.Va proves. [Though I note the the assistant prosecutor wisely informed the magistrate that he wished to drop the "battery" charge today.]

"Those who have the command of the arms in a country are masters of the state, and have it in their power to make what revolutions they please. [Thus,] there is no end to observations on the difference between the measures likely to be pursued by a minister backed by a standing army, and those of a court awed by the fear of an armed people." ~ Aristotle

"Anybody can become angry; that is easy. But to be angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way -- that is not within everybody's power; that is not easy." --Aristotle.
