Default ? about TT

I'm gettin' ready to order either a TT or a KD Dakota Defender.
The KD looks like it will set lower in the Waistband, which is what I like.
But someone mentioned a Mikes specail from TT that sets lower.
I did not see that model on their Web site.
Any info ?

TT GunLeather High Quality Leather Gun Holsters

Not on their site. Its a special item, kind of like the In N Out secret menu

When you order the holster, just put in the notes "Mike's Special"

it will sit about 3/4" lower in the waistband. Top of pants will be at top of the mouth of the holster. Perfect!

Will have a one piece solid back and will have about 15% more can't

I also recommend a solid gun belt! Gun Belts by The Belt Man

Thanks Mike:
Beltman Belt is already ordered
I wish they had a pic of the Holster being worn, to see where it actually sets and the where the extra cant puts it.
Anyone here have one ?

That definitely sits a little lower than mine. But I didn't order the Mikes Special. Here's my TT Gunleather holster with shark trim.

I believe that is the one I ordered.

Looks like it will fit well with the Glock23.

TT products are excellent and so is Tim. You can't go wrong w/them.

Before I got my TT IWB, I was using an OWB Yaqi slide or Blackhawk CQC SERPA, which were ok but they just didn't do the entire job like an IWB.

Even my wife (she always checks me out for 'printing') exclaimed "Kenny, that's [the TT IWB] best holster you have by far."

Good to hear.

Makes my patients of waiting, not very patient.

I like Mike's special. Wow! That looks really cool. I think I might buy a TT holster soon. Thanks for sharing AMS!

You got it. Its so comfy.

I also really like how TT spreads the loops apart, it doesn't sag one bit!

One last question.
The one in the pic with your 1911, is it a Re-enforced mouth as well ?
It looks thin in the pic.
