Pocket holster is a good option with the right piece. For shorts and t-shirt, I go with small auto (PM9) either IWB or Pocket, depending on destination or event. If I'm going to do a ton of playing and running around with the kids, pocket carry takes away all worries of exposure. More clothing or less activity and I like to pack a compact .45, IWB.

Until I get a S&W642 for pocket carry (I really prefer to tuck my shirts), I carry a medium framed snubbie IWB with an untucked shirt. The point I'd like to make, though, is that I found the gun MUCH less likely to print while carrying crossdraw at about 8 o'clock. It's quite a reach around to draw, but I can bend over without the butt (of the gun!) sticking out behind me under my shirt. Try it. Compare strong side vs. crossdraw in a mirror. YMMV
