Good idea, but 36" inseams are hard enough to find in the land of Spaniards. Finding a 37" will require custom tayloring ... bell bottoms here I come!

I prefer to be one of the first two kind and to learn from others' mistakes.

I use the SmartCarry Gun holsters concealed by SmartCarry concealed holsters every day. I wear dress pants and a tucked in dress shirt most days at work. I carry a Para P-12 (double stacked mag) and have never been 'made'. It's not a perfect solution, takes a little getting used to, but works for me. Access is better than ankle carry, not as good as IWB, but with some practice is acceptable. Bonus is it carries an extra mag, too.

The best reason yet for a peculiar fashion choice, but a real stereotype buster: here I thought the 60's/70's were all about that naïve peace and love thing - when all this time it was a CCW cover!

Very clever, those hippies.
Had me totally fooled.

I suggest one of the electronic child perimeter monitors. They are made for parents, but they would work very well in this situation. The way they work is, you put a wrist band on the "child" (in the gun case) and a receiver on the "parent" (you.)

If the "child" wanders more than (n) feet away from the "parent," (In your case, YOU would wander away from the gun unless someone tried to steal it) the alarm goes off and some manufacturers even offer a directional FINDER to help you locate the distant "child."

WELL worth the money! (Looking for a quick link...)

Here is one. There are others ...

Child Guard Wander Alert

Here is one with a directional location feature!

Of course, I see this AFTER my husband's birthday has come and gone.....Grrrrrrr. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't ordered one or a dozen already....How long did it take for you to get said case after ordering? I wonder if I can get it here in time for Christmas.
