I do for both an HK P2000 and fullsize 1911. I have a Milt Sparks belt that can handle the weight of a IWB hoster, but being skinny the gun rubs against my hip the wrong way.

IWB holsters sit in a drawer while my OWB holsters see regular use.

I usually wear my P228 in Galco's concealable belt holster (CON250H), it hug my body pretty good. During winter I have jacket over it, during summer I usually have unbuttom shirts over it. So far, I do not have any issue, but do have to be careful when I need to bend down. The other two carry gun listed on my CCW rarely get to see any action, simply because I really hate IWB holster.

The interesting thing is... I must have this holster for quite a while (since 1999 as far as I know), but Galco website stating my holster is estimated to be available at 7/4/2007? Hmm...

I carry 12 or more hours per day using the Bianchi Carrylok model 82, this is a great OWB holster, it locks the gun solidly in place, yet it is easy to draw. Holds your gun high and tight against your hip. I use a full size 1911, yet this holster will work with a 4" or 3" 1911 no problem.

Default try this one

FIST, INC.

Fist holsters. I use the #8 for CCW carry of my compact 45 XD. At only $44.95 they are priced right. And fit well. Great stuff.

My preferred holster is a Comp Tac Paddle FBI.
OWB requires a bit more thought about your shirt material, size & length but for me the added comfort is worth it.

Default OWB is my preferred method of carry.

While I do occationally carry IWB in a Bianchi Model 100 Professional. My most common mode of carry is in a Bob Mernickle PS8 Paddle Holster or a Bob Mernickle PS1 Paddle Holster.

The PS8 is worn at the 4:00 o'clock position behind my right hip with a 3" S&W Model 60.

The PS1 is worn at the 3:00 o'clock position on my right hip with a S&W Model 1006 and an extra magazine.

I also carry a S&W Model 637 in a Bianchi Model 4410 waist pack or in a coat pocket.

The Bob Mernickle Paddle Holsters are very comfortable and carry the weapons they are designed for very high and close to the body. To my knowledge I have never been "made" and I regularly carry two handguns simultaneously.
