I wanted the option so I picked up one in "Royal" Blue from these folks...
They offer it in 8 colors.

It appears to be well made and opens in a flash.

I've not had reason to use it since I bought it, but, I like having the option if and when I may need it.

Actually, depending on the circumstances, you'd be surprised how inconspicuous they can be. Of course it depends on what kind you have. If you have a big, square, black ballistic nylon one it's going to stick out. But as for the others that have been pictured here, despite what many people say, they don't scream "GUN". They may scream "TOURIST".

For me, for the times that I have to use a wheelchair, a fanny pack is just about the best option I've found.

Yes. And being that it's Gucci, you probably have to choose between purchasing a gun and purchasing the fanny pack. Because you can't afford both.

haha... true. I personally would not be caught dead in a bright orange fanny pack... it just screams I'm available to the wrong sex.

But I have looked into other name brand (less costly name brand) to try to blend in with a fanny pack. Still have not found a consumer fanny pack that will double as a holster well.

I hear that "man bags" are quite popular in europe. Perhaps we should start a trend beginning right here.

I agree w/ Rico...if you're running around w/ shorts and a t-shirt or maybe even jeans and an untucked print/t-shirt shirt you likely look more like a tourist then someone carrying a gun (assuming it's not to big of a fanny pack.)

I think where it really sticks out is when it clashes w/ what you're wearing...slacks and a tucked in shirt, etc., or in a setting that is anything other than casual.

You know, some man bags are inherently larger than others...

As for fanny packs, I bought house brand one at Wal-Mart for about $5. Yeah, it's cheap, but it's made of decent nlyon, holds a full size Ruger P345, a spare magazine and my phone in it and no one has even noticed or figured it out in the 6 months I have been using it so I would say it does the job I need as it does not look big enough to hold a full size auto for such but it actually is. The zipper opens from right to left and since I am left handed I can draw quickly if needed. So I guess it's all up to user preference...

To me, there really isn't an "inconspicuous fanny pack" any more. During their popularity 15-20 years ago when everyone was wearing them, you would not stick out. Nowadays they scream GUN to every LEO and bad guy out there. I think the only time they don't look out of place is when I see the 500lb guy wearing sweat pants and has one of these around his waste.

If you want something inconspicuous nowadays, get a murse. Or if you want to be a metrosexual-mall-ninja-type get one of these - JUMBO™ VERSIPACK - BEST SELLERS - MAXPEDITION HARD-USE GEAR® (Home of the Rollypoly™ Folding Dump Pouch)

These are CCW friendly and have a "hidden" compartment to store your firearm.
