XD .40 and a large frame

I am trying ot decide between IWB and a pocket holster. I am a big guy, 6' 1 and close to 400 lb. I am thinking the pocket holster will be the more comfertable way to go. What do y'all think?

I detest pocket carry, give IWB a try if you can.

I'd give IWB a try, especially with the XD40. I have a M&P40 and use a Comp-Tac MTAC Holster, its very comfortable and stays really close.

Pocket carrying an XD might be a bit much. I like the Crossbreed Super Tuck or the Comp-Tac MTAC for IWB.
