well, the only thing that I could see wrong or Illegal with that, is that it could be considered a "wallet gun" exhibit P.C 12020 " firearm container not immediately recognizable as such and which allows firing of the enclosed firearm by external controls" also "(4)As used in this section, a "wallet gun" means any firearm mounted or enclosed in a case, resembling a wallet, designed to be or capable of being carried in a pocket or purse, if the firearm may be fired while mounted or enclosed in the case."

but i think that might be a grey aria, I would just stay away from a concealed holster that you can shoot from to be safe ???

Legal or not, you risk shooting yourself with the trigger exposed.

I do not know as to the legallity of it but I personally would not use it. I do not like the idea of the trigger being exposed, is this so one may pull the trigger without drawing the hangun from the holster?

I'm nervous enough just carrying a gun in the first place. That thing would scare the hell out of me. Yeah, Plaxico comes to mind when I see that thing.

That holster is also a violation of Federal Law. It makes it a "any other weapon". Law Enforcement has been pick up by ATF&E for that violation.

Does everyone see that this is a Ruger LCP .380? I looked up this code and I do not think it applies. Who knows I may be wrong since I am no lawyer but help me out.

BATFE is famous for launching test cases. They have tons of money. Most of us do not. Your choice but you may find this a good read:

I just got done reading the quoted section 12020 and you are all correct. What a stupid law.

It was a LCP, it a disguise to look like a wallet. Any other weapon now.
