The holster is similar to an Art-Of -The-Hide. I am not asssociated with the site in any form or way.

The holster maker has checked with FTB-BATF and here are his comments:

History-ATF_Classification

No comment on use or safety, but it does appear to be legal.

I don't read where they have checked with the California DOJ. If they do I predict they will find it is a wallet gun per CPC 12020.

If you have lots of money and extra time on your hands to be a test case more power to you.

I suggest you use a pocket or ankle holster for little hide-away pistols. Might save a lot of legal hassles.
