Default Copy Cat Holsters

Just received my American Rifleman magazine today....

On page 34 there is a holster under "Editor's Choice"....

It is almost an exact re-make of TT Gunleather Holsters.....

It's made by Hermann Oak Leather Co.'s......

They call it a Black Ops....Ohhhhhhh....That makes we want one...

I was going to suggest that Tim send this editor one of his holsters.

Only problem is he'll get tons of orders and our wait time will double or triple.

Realistically have there been any real innovations in leather IWBs since the "Southern Comfort" and VM2 styles of holsters? It's an industry where everybody copies everybody and compete on price, workmanship, delivery, and most of all reputation. TT has a stellar reputation.

I dont know about their craftsmanship in the holster depot, but Herman Oak Leathers makes some of the finest tanned hides available.

It seems to me that since good quality holsters are in high demand and have long wait times, there is plenty of room at the trough, so to speak.
