For what it is worth, I was using Bolsa for a while, but I did not think that they did a very good job on a couple of rifles that they were working on for me. In one case they were not willing to tackle a custom item that I thought should have been relatively simple.

I ended up taking everything up to John Danforth in Riverside. He has done a great job on all of my rifles, and also on my 1911s.

Been trading with Bolsa for sometime, however, not happy some of the time...Paid too much for a trigger job on a 36 only to get to the range and have it not fire half of the rounds. Had to pack it up and take it back. Turns out the main spring was not in right (that could hurt). Have a SW 1000 (in fact 2 of them) would not cycle with consistency left it with them to find out it needed a grommet/seal in the gas chamber. They told me they could not buy the part anymore but could make one for each gun at 150 bucks each. These shotguns are absolute cherrys, however, they felt that the guns were not worth fixing and I should just buy a couple of Benelli's....Long story short, I found the parts at Numrich for about a buck each.. Both guns are functioning quite well for less than $10 total... the problem occured do to a paricular brand of solvent..gun scrubber that melted the parts... I have had other issues, however, these two ring the loudest in my small brain. I don't know about any other reputable outfits other than the one just posted above..
