Default If You Bought A German Police Sig P-6

The SIG P-6 has a Double Action trigger pull of 12 1/2 Lbs. and a Single Action pull of 4 3/4 Lbs.
The P-225, civilian version of the same platform, has a Double Action pull of 11 1/4 and Single Action pull of 4 1/2.
You can replace the mainspring in your P-6 by getting a P-225 mainspring, Brownells part # 34225688. This will make it more like a P-225, for a more human strength trigger finger pull. Cost is $4.00 + shipping. You might be able to replace it yourself. I will probably have to use a gunsmith!
Enjoy!!

A former range officer at the F.L. in H.B. put a 14 lb main spring in his and it was still a heavy trigger, but it broke really cleanly. He said that he was going to try an even lighter one, a 10 lb possible. I tried his P6 and definately improved his trigger.
