And now Walther has a "little-Bitty" 9mm/40 they will be selling called the pps... Now I can't help but wander....or is it wonder?... will that be on the infamous list? Does it have all of the: loadedchambermagazinedisconnectkeepmesafefrommysel fOMYGODgeewhizwhatelsewilltheythinkofnext ... stuff so they can import it into the Peoples Republic?

Uh...probably not.

It does have the loaded chamber indicator. Can't find anything about mag disconnect. It does have an interesting feature called Walther QuickSafe™ Safety.

Walther QuickSafe™
Simply remove the QuickSafe™ backstrap — without it the pistol cannot be fired. Walther QuickSafe™ is maximum security made easy.

But the other big thing is, even if it had all of the necessary loadedchambermagazinedisconnectkeepmesafefrommysel fOMYGODgeewhizwhatelsewilltheythinkofnext ... stuff, Walther would still have to submit it for drop testing. Somehow I doubt that Walther will bother. I think fewer and fewer manufacturers are going to go through the hassle, and that is exactly what the gun grabbers want.
