Yes all the bass pro are like that. I was just at the one in Mantica and they want you to leave it in the car or check it all the door. they do not have a problem with LE carry both plain clothes or uniform.

Immediately inside the glass doors there was a customer service counter and a large sign posted that basically said all concealed firearms had to be unloaded and relinquished at the counter before being able to proceed into the store. Being law abiding and upstanding citizens, we decided to comply with the store policy.

In Nevada, that sign has no legal weight.
If you ignore it and carry inside the store, you will not be breaking any laws.
You will be breaking their store policy, but it's just policy and not the law.

If you are discovered carrying in a place that's policy prohibits weapons, then they will ask you to leave.
If you don't leave, LEOs will arrive and ask you to leave.
If you don't leave after that, you will be cited for tresspassing.

While carrying in Nevada, I ignore policy and abide by the law.
