Now, you take a loaded weapon in the store. Let's say, your freakin' goofy or your best friend just did something with your best lady friend...your not going to kill your best friend "everyone knows the joke don't they?"....you tell the clerk, "let me see that MP5".....he hands it to you....your freakin' nuts because of whatever.... you remove a mag from your 9mm, load the MP5 or whatever it is.....start taking people out with the "stores" weapon.

Guess who Loses Big Time in Court.........

I'm just say'in.....think it through.....what if you owned the store?????

I am hopeing that you are just argueing the devil's advocate point of view here.

This kind of thinking just feeds into the same mindset as the anti's. I always try to keep in mind that the CCWers are the good guys and DO NOT go off the deep end and start shooting people.

If someone wanted to go in and use a store's own weapon they could bring their own mags anyway.
Look, the crazies and the bad guys are just that, crazy & bad lets not lump the rest of us in there also.
Now what if your senario were to happen, would you not want to be armed in case you needed to defend yourself and family.

You can delete 'somewhat' and we are in agreement.

Except for the part where, in Nevada, it's illegal to carry concealed in an establishment that has a "no firearms" sign posted near all of its public entrances. That applies even if you are carrying on HR 218.

That's not quite right. Those signs doen't mean much unless they're tacked to the wall of a govt. building in Nevada.

Otherwise, you may be charged with trespassing if you (and your pistol) are asked to leave an establishment and you don't.

+1. All they can do is ask you to leave IF you are made.

I spend a few days a year in NV. Never saw one of those signs.

I stand corrected. I read "public building" and used the wrong interpretation. Learn something new...

For some reason I'm not surprised....As soon as I saw their ammo prices and gun prices I did an about face, especially since they hold your firearm an additional day for safe measure. What is that all about. 10 days is plenty of wait for me. I dunno it sure is a cool store but they have rubbed me the wrong way.
