LA Convention Center CCW allowed?

I was at the LA Auto show this weekend and parked a little far away. I had to walk under two overpasses and past a few alleys of questionable residence(?) for those less fortunate than I. There were no metal detectors, just the weekend Security(temps - not LEO). My wife commented on the refreshing police presense on the street around the convention center, but noticed there was not much where we parked. My question .... any issue with LA Convention Center and CCWss? I had no issues.
