I hear that has changed. It is my understanding that some employees can carry now. Not 100% on that, just rumor.

Default Good CCW Policy - Bad Service in FV

Folks,

I can only speak for the Fountain Valley Store. I quit going there after they treated me very poorly during the purchase of a consignment/used gun.
Lots of guys in the back, not enough personnel behind the counter and if you ask the guy at the counter for additional assistance, the guys that show up look bothered and insulted - I don't need to put up with that!

My comments through their website remained unanswered and I took my business to Ammo Brothers. Four major purchases later I'm still very happy and will continue taking my business there. They usually have a good selection of all major brands in stock and they carry Saiga's, which Turner's doesn't.

From my recent expereinces with the San berdoo location, I can only give kudos for all of the great customer service my clients and I received over the past few months.

They are out of stock due to the Lieberals finally realizing that their butts were on the line.

Good to know that they have at least one store with good service... unfortunately it's too far out of my way to give it a try.

I have bought a couple of used pieces at two different Turners, but they rarely have anything worthwhile in the used dept. Their consignment policy is convaluted and the only people that do not know where else to go put their pieces on consignment. last i knew, they took 40% ... 20% is the standard at Ades, Annies(Corona) and On Target(Laguna Niguel).

Well, unless they are wanding people for weapons on entry that means anyone (including bad guys) can just walk in with a concealed, loaded weapon. Since that's probably the case, mine is going to remain loaded and concealed as well. Sorry, but walking around a store with an unloaded and concealed weapon with the general public is just plain dumb.

Again, you mis-read it... If you have a CCW you DO NOT have to unload the weapon unless you're going to pull it out to sell or for service.
