Default questions about lawsuits

In reviewing the CCW application I note that it asks if one has been involved in any lawsuits recently. Do I need to disclose landlord-tenant stuff? I had a landlord that tried unsuccessfully to evict me a couple of times, after raising their rent more than they legally could. Not really what I would consider a "lawsuit" but not sure. Probably the safe money is on disclosing it.

Be sure to bring this issue up during your interview. My opinion.
You might want to list the items you want to discuss.
Be up front, show sincerity.

Yes, you need to list ALL court cases.
