Hello everyone
I'm new here and I have a few questions: 1) What kinds of things justify "good cause?" If anyone could email me some tips or even an example good cause statement I'd really appreciate it. 2) I believe one of the requirements is that you have to attend a training course, correct? Can you get your just cause evaluated before you take it, so you don't pay for the course for nothing? Thanks! |

You take the training after you apply prior to approval in that county. If you live a city and not in the county, you need to apply with the city first.
Riverside City has about 8 or 9. The city of Corona does not issue.

Corona might issue when they get a new Chief of Police. They used to.

The county will not take your application until you have applied and been denied on the city level first. |

The chief just sits on the application and doesn't do anything. You don't get denied or approved. He is not ready to retire yet.
