Thanks and good luck to you. If its of any help I started calling a lot and each time I called there was something else to bring in. So for me a lot of follow up helped. And if I can give any advise DONT give orignals of character reference letters. They tend to get misplaced. And be patient with that nice lady she has her work cut out for herself

Just picked up my mail and found a fat envelope with my 'conditional approval' for further processing packet! Gotta say, without this site and CCWI, I'd have been out of luck a long time ago. Thanks to all! I'll be making the next appointments as soon as possible!
