Thumbs up Kern County 6 Weeks

Well I got my letter today, 6 weeks after submitting my application!
Now to wait the additional 12-16 weeks.
Thank You Sheriff Youngblood for believing in this process!

Congratulations!

Please note on the letter, they will only give you a certain number of days to do your class. This is the "slow" year...(when they did the 2 year permit deal and changed it from 1 year permits, this is the off year when there are less people renewing their permits).... and alot of the trainers are on a slow schedule and are offering less classes. Be sure to book your class soon so that you can meet the deadline...I know people who waited and did not do the class because it was inconvienent and were waiting for another date... and almost didn't make it in time....THAT would be a shame...
