How long of a wait in El Dorado?

Any idea how long of a wait (typical) for an initial CCW decision in El Doardo County?

Seems like it was about 3 weeks for me, but I can't find my notes right now. Maybe a couple others will chime in.

From application/interview to receipt of CCW letter, it took 27 days. This was around July/August. I happened to take the class just before the interview so the timing worked well.

Read other posts from members regarding copies of required documents, printed good cause, etc, to help speed the process.

They are very cordial and accomodating. Ms. Bobby was very pleasant to work with in Records at the Sheriff's office in Placerville.

Saw that you are awaiting CCW application approval for further processing. That portion took less than 10-12 days I believe. Then I went in to do live-scan day after receipt of further processing and that part took 14-15 days.

I think my approval took about 2 weeks and then I had livescans the next week. It was really fast for me until DOJ lost my fingerprints.
